Sakuw 1.4: Bahasa Indonesia, Discounts, and Duplicate Transactions

Sakuw 1.4 is about three things: using the app in your own language, never losing track of a discount, and spending less time on the transactions you log over and over. Here's what's new.

The whole app, now in Bahasa Indonesia

Sakuw is now fully available in Bahasa Indonesia. Pick your language the moment you open the app, or switch any time under More → Account → Language.

It goes deeper than the menus. Dates and numbers are formatted for your language too, so nothing reads like a half-finished translation. Set it once and your choice follows you to every device you sign in on.

Log an expense, discount and all

Adding a transaction takes seconds: tap Add transaction, pick the wallet it came from, set the date, and label it however you like. Snap a photo of the receipt and jot a quick note so future-you remembers what it was for.

Paid less thanks to a discount? Enter what you actually handed over and add the deal, like a Lunch Deal that knocked $8 off. Sakuw keeps the original price with a strike-through and counts only the real cost toward your day's total, no mental math. Every bit you save rolls into a new Savings screen, so after a few weeks you can see exactly how much those discounts added up to.

Duplicate a transaction in one long-press

So much of what we spend repeats: the same morning coffee, the same bills every month. Now you can press and hold any transaction to copy it, photos and all, into a fresh entry that's ready to save. Something that used to take a minute now takes a couple of seconds.

The same menu lets you delete a transaction too, without digging through a bunch of screens to find the option.
