Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Sakuw account - operated by PT Uang Saku Dari Ibu - and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sakuw account and its data directly from the app at any time:

1. Open the Sakuw app and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Advanced.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Once confirmed, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data from our servers within a reasonable period, including:

• Your name, email, and login credentials.
• Your wallets, transactions, categories, and other financial records you created.
• Your app preferences and settings.

Some data may be retained where required by law - for example, financial records kept for tax compliance or fraud prevention. Anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in - for example, you lost your device or uninstalled Sakuw - email us at hello@sakuw.com from the email address linked to your account, and we'll process your deletion request for you.
